Which
fabric do you use to make your flags and
banners? We use Nylon. Instead of the old
fashioned polyester flags, Nylon is lighter and
shines better than polyester, requires just a
slight wind to fly, and is more resistant than
polyester to weather conditions. Our flags and
banners are made in 100% DuPont Nylon, 66 grms /
square meter. In the manufacturing process we
apply a special UV Filter to avoid getting the
the flag damaged from UV rays.

shipping method will you use to send my order? We will ship your order using FEDEX or DHL. This is the
most reliable service in order to reach you
promptly and safely.

will I receive my order ? In normal conditions, any order sent worldwide
should take 2-3 business days. However, the
current situation in many countries may cause a
delay in deliveries because of security
and customs measures.

How can I pay you for my order?

or we send you a money request.
You can safely enter your entire credit card
number via the secure server, which encrypts all
submitted information. If you prefer, we also
have a way for you to use your credit card
without ever having to enter the complete number
on the Internet.
To provide you with an additional layer of
security, all credit card numbers provided to
Only-Flags.com are stored on a computer that is
not connected to the Internet. After you type or
call it in, your complete credit card number is
transferred to this secure machine across a
proprietary one-way interface. This computer is
not accessible by network or modem, and the
number is not stored anywhere else. You can also pay with a personal/business check.

party sites? Not at all. Our customers personal

Yes we can! We encourage you to fill

CONTACT US page, in
order to give us all the necessary information
to calculate an exact appraisal for your custom
flag order.

Do you
have an exchange of defective items policy?
Yes. Despite we check closely all
flags prior to shipment, if any received flag or
banner present remarkable defects such as severe
ink marks or misprint we will replace them for
free.

Can I
return the products I ordered after I have
received them ? Of course !. Only Flags offers a huge
selection of high quality merchandise and we are
very proud to stand by these products 100%. If,
for any reason, you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you can return it to us. We
will refund your payment for the entire amount
less shipping. If you did not pay shipping
charges because it was free, we will anyways
charge the shipping costs. Purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in its
original condition and packaging.

How can
I clean my flag ?
Most flags can be machine washed in
cold water with a gentle detergent. To not
machine dry. Hang back on flagpole to dry.
If flag if torn or frayed, do not wash before
repairing.

Do the
flags come with grommets or do you buy them
separately?
Grommets are metal rings that are
punched into the header of the flag. Clips can
then be attached to fly the flag from your
halyard or pole. If you need your flags adjusted
to your personal needs additional grommets can
be purchased.

Does
the flag have a warranty or guarantee?
We guarantee that every flag we sell
is free from manufacturer's defects for a period
of thirty days from receipt of the flag.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide longer a
warranty because the life of a flag depends upon
the conditions under which a flag is flown.
To get the most wear out of your flag, we offer
the following suggestions and cautions.
All OUTDOOR FLAGS are designed to fly in the
wind; however, high winds especially accompanied
by rain will cause damage to the flag. TAKE THE
FLAG DOWN DURING STORMS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
Keep the flag from fraying or tearing by looking
at the fly end of the flag for any signs of
wear. If wear appears, the worn part should be
cut off and the flag rehemmed.
A clean flag will last longer. Pollutants in the
air will get into the fabric and can cause it to
degrade. To clean, wash in a mild detergent,
rinse, and hang to dry. KEEP YOUR FLAG AWAY FROM
PETROLEUM AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS.
Never fold or store a flag when it is wet. Let
it hang dry completely before you put it away.
Wet flags will mildew and ruin the material.
INDOOR & PARADE FLAGS are damaged mainly due to
neglect. If the flag is soiled in any way, it
should be DRY CLEANED, NOT WASHED.
If an indoor flag becomes wet, it should hang to
dry completely before is it stored.
If possible, avoid exposure to direct sunlight
for long periods of time.

What is
the difference between a banner and a flag?
A flag is made with grommets on the
header or a pole sleeve and flies horizontally
on an inground pole outrigger style flagpole.
Banners have a sleeve along the top and slide
over a pole to hang vertically. These are
designed to hang on a pole perpendicular to a
building or on a wall.

Can I
write on the flag I purchased?
The flag should never have any mark,
insignia, letter, work, fiqure, picture or
drawing of any nature place upon or attached to
a United States flag.
Other flags for example solid color flags can be
purchased and altered by the purchaser. There is
no guarantee that what is used will not fade or
run.
